We have a number of high-quality, competitively-priced, study-bedrooms on the campus. All are en-suite. Our entire residential area is self-catering, with kitchenettes located in each part of it. Students in residence are expected to live in harmony with a Christian ethic, and everyone is required to comply with some elementary rules designed to make community life an enriching experience.

Student Accommodation

Most returning students take accommodation in off-campus student houses in the south Manchester area. Should on-campus residence places be over-subscribed, priority is given to first and final year students and to international students.

Postgraduate students normally have a 48-week housing contract, since their courses run for a full twelve months, rather than simply the academic year. Undergraduate students normally have a 28-30 week housing contract and accommodation through Christmas and summer holiday periods is not usually possible.

NTC also has a limited supply of married student housing, most of which are designed for couples rather than families. International students get priority. Because we are quite limited in the number of units we offer, we also work with a range of local landlords to find suitable housing.

Guest accommodation

  • The contract period does not include Intensive
    weeks and students may require additional occupancy

  • The student rate applies to British Isles Nazarene ministers. Alumni are charged at guest rates rather than student rates.
