Director of Marketing and Recruitment – 28-35 hours per week (Flexible Working Considered) 

Do you care deeply about education, have a strategic mind, and skills in marketing and recruitment?

We are looking to appoint a new Director of Marketing and Recruitment, who can develop, implement and evaluate our marketing and recruitment strategy, with the primary aims of increasing enrolment and raising the profile of the College.

You will be a strategic thinker with experience of digital, direct and social media marketing and clear leadership ability. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster effective relationships at all levels, with proficiency across a range of digital platforms.  Working with colleagues across the College, you will be integral to the public face of NTC.

Executive Assistant & Receptionist – Full time (35 hours per week) 

Are you a highly organised person who loves variety in their work and meeting new people? If so, we have just the job for you!

We are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant & Receptionist who will serve a critical role in NTC by supporting the Principal of the College, working closely with Leadership Team members to ensure the smooth running of the College and also be the first point of communication for the College.

You will be people-focussed, with a welcoming and hospitable manner and will have strong administrative skills. Working with other departments, you will be an integral member of the College team.
