Contemporary Issues: Resilience and response, Christian faith in changing times.
This online module will explore a range of issues around the recent pandemic and its ongoing impact on the lives of communities, congregations and people.
We will discuss the impact of Covid 19 on communities, analyse responses to it and critically reflect on how churches responded, are responding and will respond to the ongoing impact of change. We will provide opportunities for students to encounter and explore their personal response to change and uncertainty, and support their development of resilience as they engage in transformed ministry practice. These issues will be explored drawing on the Bible and theology to create frameworks for change.
