An ecumenical event for lay and ordained church leaders, those in training for ministry, and Christians with an interest in science and faith.
Programme:
Day 1:
Understanding the big issues within Science, Faith and Human Flourishing
Speakers to include:

Choice of evening events:
- (a) Nazarene College: Open session – ‘Why I am a scientist and a Christian’
- (b) University of Manchester, St Peters House: Public lecture by Dr Denis Alexander- ‘Has science removed the need for God?’

Day 2:
Engaging with Science, Faith and Human Flourishing

A choice of seminars on:
- 1. Pastoral issues on science and faith: living and dying
- 2. Worship and preaching
- 3. Children and young people in church and school
£50 (or £30 for one day) to include tea & coffee breaks & a sandwich lunch. (Delegates will be responsible for their own overnight accommodation and evening meals.)
