We welcome partnerships that align with our guiding principles outlined here. These key partnering principles are the compass that steers our partnerships towards success:
- Shared Values and Objectives: Our partnerships are forged with organisations that share our vision, dedicated to advancing God’s mission and/or the mission of the College.
- Mutual Benefit: Each partner should cooperatively work, actively contribute, and each should be enriched by the cooperation. A partnership should work to achieve the common goal and bring benefits to each partner.
- Trust and Transparency: Openness and honesty are paramount in establishing transparent and trusting relationships. We value dialogue, encouraging partners to freely exchange experiences, ideas, and constructive feedback, with each partner having an equal say in the partnership.
- Respect: Partners operate with clarity and mutual respect, holding each other in high regard.
- Clear Responsibility: Every partnership designates a clear leader responsible for propelling the collaboration forward. It is governed by a comprehensive authorised agreement that outlines the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved. This agreement is subject to regular monitoring and review.
- Quality Assurance: Academic partnerships adhere to the expectations set out in chapter B10 of the QAA Quality Code and the provisions outlined in NTC’s partnership agreement with The University of Manchester.
- Boundaries: Periodic reviews of partnerships ensure their continued vitality and effectiveness.
These principles guide our collaborative efforts, ensuring that our partnerships are not only enduring but also fruitful for all involved parties. We look forward to developing partners in research, learning and practice. If you are interested in partnering with us, please contact our Principal, Rev. Dr. Deirdre Brower, dbrower@nazarene.ac.uk or our Vice-Principal Academic, Rev. Dr. Jacob Lett, jlett@nazarene.ac.uk
