Christian Leadership is a practical, online course for anyone who wants to lead with greater confidence, wisdom and integrity. You’ll explore what Christian faith has to say about leadership, and how that shapes the way we work with people, make decisions and respond to change. Along the way, you’ll get to know your own approach to leadership, learn to build healthy teams, and grow in your ability to lead well wherever you serve.
Whether you’re already leading, preparing to take one on, or simply want to grow your ability to influence and serve others, this course is for you. It’s relevant to churches, charities, community organisations and workplaces alike, not only to ministers or those preparing for ordained ministry. You won’t need previous theological training, and you don’t need to be enrolled on another NTC course to join us.
Taught at introductory undergraduate level, the course gives you plenty of space to connect what you learn with your own life and experience. You’ll learn alongside three experienced leaders from the church, charity and secular sectors, with guest voices joining from across the UK and Ireland.

- Your strengths, values and leadership style
- Building trust and working well with others
- Making thoughtful, ethical decisions
- Understanding power and responsibility
- Leading through change, disagreement and uncertainty
