Morning Prayer

8:45 PM - 9:00 PM - ⛪Chapel

Morning prayer is a sacred rhythm that helps ground our academic pursuits and communal fellowship in the daily work of the Spirit. Together, we support each other through prayer and participate in how God is moving creation.
This time is usually led by a member of the student body and all students and staff/faculty are welcome to attend.

Coffee Time

11:00 PM - 11:20 PM - ☕Cafe

A core value at NTC is relationships: loving God passionately, one another authentically, and the world sacrificially.
Coffee time is one of the many ways we intentionally grow in fellowship together. It’s a daily moment when we pause our work in order for faculty, staff and students to gather together over a hot cup of tea or coffee (or another beverage of your choice!) and engage in meaningful connection.

Chapel

11:20 AM - 12:20 AM – CHAPEL & ONLINE

NTC is not just an academic community: it’s also a faith community, and a central part of student life is embedded in worship. This is why we have placed chapel service at the center of our class schedule every week. It can be accessed live online through the NTC YouTube channel.
Services often include worship through music, prayer, reading of the Word, and a message given by a community member. Our heart for worship is to include as many people as possible in the planning and leading of the service. Therefore, each Pastoral Care Group is in charge of leading one service every semester.

Pastoral Care Groups

11:20 AM - 12:20 AM – CHAPEL & ONLINE

Pastoral Care Groups are for consistent support, deeper connection, and growing together. Every semester, students will meet weekly in assigned groups of 8-10 people led by two NTC faculty/staff members, on campus or in an online group. Each group is a mix of students from all ages/backgrounds from both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs. We spend the time talking about life and studies, as well as supporting each other in prayer. It is our hope that you will find these groups to be a place where you can grow and develop authentic friendships in a safe and supportive group environment.
