After finishing school, I headed off to join various Christian charities in succession for three years. Although a few people questioned this decision, considering I received neither money nor qualifications from that time, I can’t deny that it moulded me and set me well on my next path – studying theology. Since being a teenager, investigating the Bible, religions, and mythology has fascinated me. That fascination led me, eventually, to apply to NTC to study in their undergraduate theology program.
That, however, wasn’t enough. I still had unresolved questions about God, theology, and the Bible, and so decided to apply to their MA in Biblical Studies. To be honest, the course did help me further with these questions as I had flexibility in my research. Despite this, having now finished the MA, I’d still like to explore more! Before I get there, though, I thought it might be wise to work for a while, and where better to work than NTC – a lovely community that, in my experience, values its students and staff as people.
I previously worked as the Learning Enhancement Coordinator and Academic Administrator, but now work full-time as an Academic Administrator.
