James has spent 20 years in Youth Work. This has varied from church based youth ministry and statutory youth work across London and Salford.

James completed his BA in Theology and his Masters degree in Biblical Studies at NTC Manchester and now serves as the course coordinator on the Youth and Community pathway. He also serves on the pastoral team at Victory Outreach Manchester, a church which is based in Salford.

He has been married for 15 years and has 2 children. James enjoys watching sport, reading and travelling.
