I am originally from Bucharest, Romania, and moved to the UK in 2010. Before moving to the UK, I studied at Politehnica University of Bucharest, where I achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Quality and Management Engineering. Since joining NTC, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles across the college, including as a housekeeper, receptionist and operations assistant. These experiences gave me a good understanding of the college and its community and, when the opportunity arose to join the Finance Office, I was excited to take on a new challenge and continue developing my skills.
I have now been the Finance Manager at NTC for over eight years. During this time, I have continued to grow both professionally and personally, achieving my MAAT qualification while also raising my two children. I am very proud of this achievement and am looking forward to continuing my studies and further developing my knowledge and experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking in nature, travelling to new places and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family.
NTC holds a very special place in my heart. I feel incredibly fortunate to work in such a lovely environment, surrounded by people who genuinely care about one another and believe in the college’s mission. Being part of an organisation that is committed to mentoring and training students, equipping them to make a positive contribution to the wider Church community, is something I value greatly.
